# Vì sao khi trình ký không thấy nút “Chèn ảnh ký và văn bản”?

Đây là tình huống không phổ biến, nhưng vẫn có thể gặp trong quá trình sử dụng eDoc.

• Nguyên nhân là sau khi File được tải lên eDoc để trình ký thì nó đang **KHÔNG** phải ở định dạng PDF.

• Với các File chưa phải PDF, hệ thống sẽ không hiển thị nút “**Chèn ảnh ký và văn bản**”.

• Nếu Thầy/Cô **cần chèn hình ảnh chữ ký trực tiếp lên File nào thì File đó bắt buộc phải ở định dạng PDF**.

• Khi tải File lên eDoc, Thầy/Cô **tích chọn nút** "**Chuyển đổi định dang file sang định dạng PDF**".

• Sau đó thực hiện **TRÌNH KÝ**, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị đầy đủ nút “**Chèn ảnh ký và văn bản**” để thao tác.
