Trong 1 Sổ, File này ký bằng chữ ký số, File khác lại không, có được không?

![👉](https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/emoji.php/v9/tf0/2/16/1f449.png) Chắc chắn là **ĐƯỢC**, và đây là tình huống rất bình thường trong thực tế triển khai tại các Nhà trường. Trong một Sổ có thể quản lý nhiều loại File sổ khác nhau:

• Có File đã là văn bản hoàn chỉnh trước khi đưa lên eDoc.

• Có File được đưa lên eDoc rồi mới thực hiện ký duyệt. 

Nguyên tắc xử lý rất rõ ràng:

• File nào **cần ký** bằng Chữ ký số (CKS) **thì thực hiện ký**.

• File nào **không cần ký** bằng CKS thì **không bắt buộc phải ký**.
