Tuy nhiên, trên thực tế việc này còn tùy thuộc vào quy định của địa phương hoặc chỉ đạo của Lãnh đạo Nhà trường đối với từng loại Sổ cụ thể. Chúng ta đều biết rằng:

• **Ảnh chữ ký KHÔNG phải là Chữ ký số** (CKS) và **không thay thế giá trị pháp lý của CKS**.

• Tuy vậy, theo thói quen sử dụng, nhiều Thầy/Cô vẫn muốn nhìn thấy hình ảnh chữ ký trực quan trên File để dễ theo dõi, đối chiếu.
