# Quên mật khẩu dùng eDoc thì làm thế nào?

Trong trường hợp **Thầy/Cô bị quên mật khẩu đăng nhập eDoc**, hiện nay hệ thống đang hỗ trợ xử lý theo 2 tình huống cụ thể, rất rõ ràng và thuận tiện.

**Cách xử lý như sau:**

• **Trường hợp 1**: Tài khoản cá nhân

Thầy/Cô liên hệ Admin của Nhà trường để được cấp lại mật khẩu đăng nhập eDoc.

• **Trường hợp 2**: Tài khoản Admin

Thầy/Cô liên hệ bộ phận hỗ trợ Viettel để được hỗ trợ ngay:
