# Ở mục “Sổ trình ký” không thấy nút “Nhập nhận xét” thì làm thế nào?

Trong một số trường hợp, người dùng **vào mục "Sổ trình ký" nhưng lại không nhìn thấy nút “Nhập nhận xét” để thực hiện nghiệp vụ nhập nhận xét lên File sổ**.

Nguyên nhân là do Sổ đó chưa được bật quyền cho phép nhận xét. 

Cách xử lý rất đơn giản, chỉ cần thực hiện đúng các bước sau:

**Bước 1**: Admin hoặc CBQL Nhà trường vào mục “**Danh mục sổ**”

→ Tìm đến Sổ cần thiết lập

→ Click chọn nút “**Quản lý sổ**”

→ **Bật tùy chọn** “**Người trình nhận nhận xét sau ký duyệt**” trong phần "**Cấu hình chung**"

→ Nhấn nút “**Cập nhật**” để lưu lại

**Bước 2**: Người cần nhập nhận xét nhấn tổ hợp phím **Ctrl + F5** để làm mới hệ thống

→ Truy cập lại Sổ trình ký là sẽ thấy nút “**Nhập nhận xét**” hiển thị đầy đủ.
