# Muốn XÓA một File sổ nào đó thì làm thế nào?

Việc xóa File sổ trên eDoc không thực hiện tùy tiện, mà được kiểm soát chặt chẽ theo vai trò và cấu hình của Nhà trường, nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và đúng quy trình nghiệp vụ.

• Admin vào mục "**Danh mục sổ**"

• Tìm Sổ cần cho phép xóa File → Click vào nút "**Quản lý sổ**" trong cột "**Thao tác**"

• Giao diện cấu hình hiện ra, click chọn mục "**Hủy và xóa file nộp sổ**"

• Tại mục "**Xóa nộp sổ**", chọn các loại trạng thái File sổ mà Thầy/Cô muốn cho phép xóa

• Nhấn nút "**Cập nhật**" để lưu cấu hình
