# Muốn tìm nhanh nhất các File sổ cần KÝ DUYỆT thì làm thế nào?

Để tiết kiệm thời gian và không phải thao tác nhiều bước, eDoc đã thiết kế **lối đi nhanh nhất giúp người dùng truy cập trực tiếp danh sách File sổ cần ký duyệt**, áp dụng cho mọi vai trò trong nhà trường.

**Cách thực hiện nhanh nhất và đầy đủ nhất:**

• **Bước 1**: Tại trang chủ eDoc, tìm mục “**File sổ cần ký duyệ**t” (hiển thị ngay giữa màn hình)

• **Bước 2**: Click chuột trái vào dòng chữ “**Xem chi tiết**”

• **Bước 3**: Click vào **mũi tên bên phải dòng Số cần ký duyệt**
