# Mở eDoc mà gặp hiện tượng “trang trắng” thì xử lý thế nào?

Khi truy cập eDoc nhưng màn hình hiển thị trắng trơn, không tải được nội dung, cách xử lý nhanh – hiệu quả nhất là:

Khi thực hiện thao tác này, hệ thống sẽ:

1. Xóa bộ nhớ Cache tạm thời của trang (HTML, CSS, JS…)
2. Tải lại toàn bộ dữ liệu mới từ máy chủ, không dùng dữ liệu cũ đã lưu
3. Khắc phục lỗi giao diện trắng, lỗi hiển thị hoặc lỗi chưa cập nhật phiên bản mới
