Trường hợp này thường liên quan đến thời hạn sử dụng eDoc hoặc phân quyền người dùng. Thầy Cô kiểm tra theo 2 bước sau:

*  Xem thông tin thời hạn sử dụng ngay ngoài Trang chủ eDoc
*  Nếu đã hết hạn sử dụng→ liên hệ Viettel để gia hạn thì hệ thống mới cho phép ký duyệt tiếp.

* Vào Cấu hình → Nhóm người dùngo Kiểm tra nhóm “Cán bộ quản lý trường”
* Tại mục Danh mục sổ:
*  Tích đủ 4 quyền cần thiết cho nhóm nàyo Click Lưu để hoàn tất.
