# Dùng eDoc thì vai trò Admin của Nhà trường chỉ cần học nghiệp vụ gì là đủ dùng tốt rồi?

Dùng eDoc, **Admin Nhà trường không cần học nhiều**, không cần kỹ thuật phức tạp.

**Thực tế, Admin chỉ cần nắm vững 3 nghiệp vụ sau:**

**Thứ nhất: Khai báo dữ liệu ban đầu**

Bao gồm: Tổ chuyên môn, nhân sự, lớp học, môn học, phân môn, phân công giảng dạy.

**Thứ hai: Thiết lập chữ ký mẫu và con dấu của Nhà trường**

Tạo và tải ảnh chữ ký mẫu của nhân sự toàn Trường, ảnh con dấu của Nhà trường lên hệ thống eDoc.

**Thứ ba: Khai báo chữ ký số và phân quyền đóng dấu**

Khai báo chữ ký số của Nhà trường, phân công người được phép đóng dấu.
