# Chèn ẢNH chữ ký + Con dấu lên File sổ rồi có phải là đã đóng dấu không?

**Việc chèn ảnh chữ ký kèm ảnh con dấu vào File sổ, kể cả sau đó File sổ được ký duyệt bằng chữ ký số (CKS) của Hiệu trưởng/Phó Hiệu trưởng, vẫn không được xem là đã đóng dấu theo đúng nghiệp vụ văn thư**.

**Nếu File sổ không sử dụng chữ ký số, mà chỉ chèn ảnh chữ ký và con dấu thì càng không có giá trị đóng dấu**.
