**Bước 1**:

• Vào mục “**Sổ ký duyệt**”

• Tìm Sổ → chọn File sổ cần nhận xét

• Tại cột "**Thao tác**", nhấn nút “**Nhập nhận xét**” để mở giao diện Nhận xét sau ký duyệt

**Bước 2**:

• Click **chuột phải** lên File sổ → chọn “**Chèn văn bản**”

• Click chuột trái vào khung viền nét đứt vừa hiển thị

• Nhập nội dung nhận xét, chỉnh định dạng văn bản

• Đưa nội dung nhận xét vào vị trí phù hợp trên File

• Nhấn “**Lưu và ký duyệt**” → xác nhận là hoàn tất
