# Bạn chọn người ký là TỔ TRƯỞNG nhưng không có ai để chọn?

• Admin Nhà trường vào SMAS 

→ cập nhật vai trò Tổ trưởng cho nhân sự tương ứng

• Sau đó vào eDoc 

→ mục “Dữ liệu đơn vị” 

→ chạy lệnh “Đồng bộ”

• Admin Nhà trường vào eDoc 

→ “Dữ liệu đơn vị”

• Chọn “Tổ chuyên môn” 

→ cập nhật nhân sự “Quản lý” cho từng Tổ

• Việc cập nhật đúng vai trò Tổ trưởng/Quản lý là điều kiện bắt buộc để eDoc hiển thị người ký

• Chỉ cần cấu hình 1 lần, dùng ổn định lâu dài
